Upload Guidelines

For the best results, please ensure that your uploaded document meets the following requirements:

• Upload a clear, high-resolution photo or scanned copy of the Technical Description or Land Title.
• Ensure the entire Technical Description is visible and not cropped.
• Avoid blurry, tilted, shadowed, or low-quality images.
• Place the document on a flat surface with good lighting when taking a photo.
• Make sure all text is readable before uploading.
• Supported file formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG

Note: Poor-quality images may affect OCR accuracy or delay the processing of your Lot Plot request.
