Enter the technical description line by line. Format: Direction, Degrees, Minutes, Seconds, Direction, Distance (meters). Example: N 45° 30' E, 25.00 m.

Please check every direction and distance carefully. A small typo can change the shape of the sketch.

What are bearings?

Bearings describe each side of the lot using compass directions and distance. For example, “N 45° E, 25.00 m” means the boundary line starts toward north, turns 45 degrees toward east, and runs for 25 meters.

OCR is an input assistant only

Uploading a document will extract bearing data and pre-fill the manual entry fields. You must review and edit all values before proceeding. OCR will never automatically generate the report.
